Lathams is committed to regeneration, bringing positive and lasting change to the built and natural environment. At the heart of our approach is a desire to make it happen. Our focus on delivery has allowed us to develop skills in a range of areas that help clients to stimulate and direct regeneration activity. Our well honed pre-project skills including opportunity identification, facilitation, enabling and brokering, are often employed to generate belief in or support for an idea.
Our project based regeneration work includes project evaluation, competition organisation and running, economic plans, business plans through to the design and delivery of publicly funded development and renewal.
Our approach is to understand each place or challenge before developing a proposal. This tends to preclude the use of 'standard' regeneration solutions, which can narrow aspirations and lead to missed opportunities.
