Our stable and experienced team of senior professionals has built the practice’s long-term success on a common vision and shared beliefs. They are supported throughout by a diverse team of professionals drawn from architecture, urban design, landscape design and associated disciplines.

The practice is a limited company owned by four directors, each a hands-on professional architect or urban designer in their own right.

To ensure consistent quality across all our work, every single project at Lathams is allocated to a director and a project architect, who together will see that job through to completion.
