DERBY ARCHITECT OFFERS HOMEOWNERS THE KEY TO THEIR DREAM HOME
Derby based architecture practice Lathams is offering homeowners the chance to get some expert advice on creating their dream home, while raising funds to help homeless people.
Lathams is taking part in Architect in the House (AITH), a scheme run by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and Shelter this summer, which sees architects across the country volunteering their time to offer homeowners specialist advice on making design changes to their home.

PLANNING GOES IN AT KEY WIGAN SITE
Following a positive public consultation process, a planning application has now been submitted for the £170m regeneration of the 15-acre Eckersley Mills site.
The mixed-use regeneration proposals, developed by Lathams in conjunction with Hodder Associates, include 338 residential units, 25,000 sq m of business space, a new hotel, cafés, restaurants, cultural facilities, gardens and squares, together with a potential new live marina and will create over 1600 new jobs more....
